Vivien is part of our head office team. Having started in Marketing for The Rug Establishment and she knows most of our rugs inside and out - she wrote the copy for our website and e-letters explaining all things rugs to our clientele. Over the last 5 ½ years Vivien has learned more about rugs than most people would know in a lifetime as she has ordered them, checked them through our quality assurance processes, marketed them to the world, photographed them and even sold them to the Sunshine Coast region!
